Dear Editor:
I am writing in support of Alyssa Allen who is a candidate for Boothbay Harbor Selectmen. I have known Allysa for a number of years and have had the privilege of working with her in her hospitality role with town business. She has always been very professional, helpful and responsive to the issues we have dealt with. She is detail oriented and passionate about her work. She demonstrates firm but fair management skills and interacts well with others. Her concern about community and other people is very obvious once you have had a conversation with her.
I am of the opinion that due to Allysa’s experience in the hospitality and financial world, her care for the town she has called home and her concern for fellow citizens she would be an excellent choice for selectman. I would urge the good citizens of Boothbay Harbor to cast your vote for Allysa Allen.
