Our readers tell us that they want more: more stories, more news, more of everything that makes the Tribune-Review the best overall newspaper in Pennsylvania. Today, I am pleased to announce that soon, you will be getting more.
Starting Wednesday, subscribers to the print and digital editions of the Tribune-Review will have access to a new section on TribLIVE.com — Trib Extra. Trib Extra will provide more news, sports, opinion, home and lifestyle features, from pets to parenting and an “Ask the Doc” column. Crave more puzzles? Trib Extra has them. Look also for expanded photo galleries and personalized content from The Associated Press.
The existing content on TribLIVE.com will remain as is, free to read.
The Trib Extra section will be open to subscribers who register and log in. Those customers will be receiving the log-in instructions directly.
In addition, expansion is coming to eTrib, the digital edition of the Tribune-Review daily print papers. Starting Monday, Sept. 6, we will begin producing four additional pages of local news and sports for the Westmoreland and Valley News Dispatch eTrib editions. These expanded versions will appear on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On Thursdays through Sundays, when we publish two separate print editions, the eTrib versions remain the same.
Access to the eTrib digital replica edition is included with all paid subscriptions. I encourage our current print subscribers to visit e.TribLIVE.com to activate their eTrib accounts and take full advantage of all the benefits your subscriptions have to offer.
