HIGH POINT — International Market Centers has named six products — including furniture, textiles and architectural elements by Hooker Furniture, Modway, Native Spun, Pearl Mantels, Poetic Pillow and Union Home — as the fall 2021 High Point Market “People’s Choice” Award winners.
The winning products debuted at this week’s High Point Market.
Furniture winners are:
- Hooker Furnishings – Melange Zola Writing Desk
This handcrafted desk features three drawers with a removable writing slide, pencil tray and dividers. The center drawer has a drop-front with rooster catch on both sides and a cutout for wires. The light wood finish features contrasting gray drawer fronts and silver colored metal base with antique pewter metal and acrylic hardware. Materials are elm, maple, walnut veneers and metal. The headboard is upholstered in stain-resistant performance velvet with a channel tufted detail. Home Décor winners include Native Spun for its Performance Throws, Poetic Pillow for its cream azaleas Pillow Sham, and Pearl Mantels for its Zachary non-combustible mantel shelf.
People’s Choice Award Winners were selected from 54 products via online voting and on the DesigOn HPMKT by IMC Facebook and Instagram pages.
Products selected from 51 Market Snapshot finalists are featured in a display outside of the Suites at Market Square in High Point.
