What admittedly began with fun, kitschy, uber-’80s energy in performances of tracks like “I Feel it Coming” grew into a frenetic, drug-like high during the flashy rendition of “I Can’t Feel My Face” and surprisingly whimpered out during the closing, “Blinding Lights,” Tesfaye’s greatest hit. Like the unfortunate comedown of a long-gone night out, these moments built up to little of substance or memory.
